UGCreate grants a limited, non-exclusive license to generate video ads for commercial use. Users must ensure they have rights to uploaded assets.

Credits and billing

Credits are consumed per generation. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Content policy

We prohibit abusive, deceptive, or unsafe content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations.

Availability

We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
